Description
As a shop admin I would like to add some shop specific features to theme (e.g. google analytics, logo, etc)
- New attribute SHOP_HEADER_INCLUDE to point to content that will be included as is in <head> section to support adding meta tags (e.g. Google verification) and additional script included
- New attribute SHOP_FOOTER_INCLUDE to point to content that will be included just before </body> (closing tag)
- Use SHOP_IMAGE0 in order to display shop specific logo
