Refactor SkuPrice entity to decouple it from Shop

            Description

            SkuPrice should have only shop code reference (similar to promotions), so that it can be decoupled from Shop. All API should be refactored to reflect this change.

            This change should not happen until we start Mongo work as it has performance implications in RDMBs which will not be the case with Mongo.
