Remove AttributeGroup entity and create group property on attribute

In order to improve performance and make API a bit easier to use, AttributeGroup domain model will be removed and Attribute domain model will have a type property denoting the "group code" which is currently "AttributeGroup.code".

System attribute panel should be refactored to skip separation into groups and just have additional group filter (similar to order statuses).
