API for offer prices

As a business user I would like to be able to present offer (special) prices in a more vibrant way to the customer.

 

Offer prices are effectively sale prices for which there is no list price. This use case applies to some customers that have limited ERP integrations and cannot provide the list price but can provide a flag that product is on offer.
