Add page cache specific control for SFG in JAM

This is an improvement to make changes in YC-902 consistent with YCE

In SFG we have page cache layer which may not reflect changes after data cache evictions, so we need a setting to evict/turn off page caches only. (Possibly a quick access button in toolbar).
