Promotion editor nice to have features

It would be nice to have an improved "promotion condition" UI where a basic condition editor can be used for less technical users.

Potential small improvements to the UI:
1. replace "&&" and "II" with AND and OR
2. replace "==" with "=" (tricky one, how would we allow for assignments of temp values?)
3. add null safe object navigation automatically "?." to all property/method calls
4. add synonyms for basic operations
5. add syntax highlighting
