Allow pluggable SearchEngines

As a developer I would like to have a clear separation of search API and Implementation to allow me to change search engine if needed.

TD:

• split search module into search API and search lucene
• ensure that no lucene imports are used outside of the search lucene module
• create a configuration template to "plug-in" search implementation
