JAM improvements

This is a 'brain storm' epic to put ui improvements ideas to, then these will be actioned via creating sub tasks

1. Inventory screen should have lookup for reservations to show order numbers for which reservations are pending
2. Add product and shipping sla selector button to inventory create/edit pop up
3. Change category tree select to be ajax load (as opposed to full)
4. Managers forgotten passwords
5. Product types attribute - edited coloring
6. PG parameters - edited coloring
7. Add message to all editors' "sub panels" (e.g. Attribute values) that require saved object to save it before users can modify the data
8. Add default sorting to lists
