Customer order fulfilment improvements

      Description

      Ongoing we see the need to store the following pieces of information on the order:

      • expected delivery date (either at delivery level or line level)
      • deliveries are broken further at fulfilment centres (need mechanism to breakdown deliveries and move items that are delivered separately)
      • refunds at item level (if we have "move item to separate delivery" then this becomes easier, alternatively we could have a separate "returned items" delivery when Items are returned)
      • need additional fields on the order to store custom information (e.g. order updates, various flags for custom implementations)
      • need additional fields on the item line level to store custom information (e.g. item level delivery updates)
      • listener on the order payment confirmation to set the default expected delivery date from the carrier SLA max days
