            Description

            As a developer I would like to be able to control all aspects of the build configuration using YC environment specific properties.

            Current configuration gaps are:
            1. passwordHashHelper.salt in core-services.xml
            2. yc-ws-cluster.xml and yc-jgroups-udp.xml configurations
            3. languageService language pre setup
            4. logback.xml should be 4 versions (YUM, REST API, SF Wicket, SF Groovy)
