Tax code is unique, so there is no way to make it the same for two taxes.

- Ability to set display value for tax code:
- code; tax rate; displayValue;
- VAT9; 9; VAT;
- VAT21; 21; VAT;
- Customers would see: inc 9% VAT
instead of inc 9% VAT9 - Customers would see: inc 21% VAT
