            Description

            As a business user I would like an out of the box mechanism for customers to select their title.

            TD:

            • add options title field to to customer and customer address domain objects
            • use SHOP_CUSTOMER_PROFILE_TITLE attribute mapped as CommaSeparatedValueList (same way as custom selectors for registration forms)
            • allow placeholder for salutation to be used in name and address formatting
