Description
As a customer I would like to clearly see all payment options available to me.
As a business user I would like to be able to add addition information about payment methods via dynamic content include.
TD:
Content include should follow naming convention [SHOPCODE]checkout_payment[PG Label] and should appear when customer selects an option.
Dynamic include should accept "cart" and "paymentGateway" as parameters.
