            Description

            As a customer I would like to clearly see all shipping options available to me.

            As a business user I would like to be able to add addition information about shipping methods via dynamic content include.

            TD:
            Content include should follow naming convention [SHOPCODE]checkout_shipping[SLAID] and should appear when customer selects an option.
            Dynamic include should accept "cart" and "carrierSla" as parameters.
