            1. Tidy up PK's for different modules so that they are sequential and it is easy to maintain
            2. Some PG are missing German payment forms
            3. AbstractAuthorizeNetPaymentGatewayImpl fix spelling for RELAY_RESPONCE_URL
            4. Remove PaymentGatewayExternalForm.handleNotification() which was only used by late Google Checkout
