            Description

            This is a follow up from YC-578 to add new Bootstrap 3.3.1 themes.

            We will use https://bootswatch.com in particular https://github.com/thomaspark/bootswatch/releases/tag/v3.3.1%2B1

            The following themes are to be added:
            Cyborg
            Darkly
            Journal
            Sandstone
            Simplex
            Slate
            Superhero
            United
            Yeti
