Decouple SkuPriceEntity and ProductSkuEntity

            Description

            Currently we have strong dependency between SKU and prices. We need to be able to use those independently.

            TD: replace sku_id with sku_code and refactor code accordingly.

                Denis this is all done just needs thorough testing please review all aspects of pricing, including full demo store setup.
