Decouple SkuWarehouseEntity and ProductSkuEntity

            Description

            Currently we have strong dependency between SKU and inventory. We need to be able to use those independently. This will also allow to delete products that where ordered before.

            TD: replace sku_id with sku_code and refactor code accordingly.
