            Description

            As a developer I would like to be able to create temporary shopping carts and calculate them in order to reliably work out prices, taxes and promotions for products.

            Use case 1: as a business user I would like to display tax information on product details pages ( YC-537 )
            Use case 2: as a business user I would like to display applicable promotions for given product on product details page ( YC-582 )
