Need additional PGs
- CourierPGPrepay - need a different flow with AUTH_CAPTURE upon order approval
- CollectFromStore - same as courier
- CollectionFromStorePrepay - same as CourierPGPrepay
1. Configure new payment gateway and put it in active system PGs and SHOP10 active PGs - Collect from store
2. Assign this PG label to SHOP10 in demo
3. Create Carrier + Carrier SLA for SHOP10 in demo
