As a shop manager I would like to be able to specify:
- Shop default tax (rate + inclusive/exclusive)
- Shop regional tax (shop + rate + inclusive/exclusive for specific billing address, using country and state)
- Product specific tax (shop + sku + rate + inclusive/exclusive)
- Product regional tax (shop + sku + rate + inclusive/exclusive for specific billing address, using country and state)
As a customer I would like to be able to see:
- tax per line
- tax shipping
- total tax
