Create Image Import Descriptor

ATM image import is only triggering product images import and it does so at every import that is triggered.

We need the following:
1. Control when product images import is happening
2. Image descriptor must specify the import file mask - not the image service (this gives flexibility over what can be imported)
3. Need various image descriptors so that we can import category images as well
