Review usage of SkuWarehouse

1. remove lazy=false from sku, we do not need inventory everywhere
2. add convenience methods to calculate SkuWarehouse per store on productSkuService
3. re-factor ProductAvailabilityStrategy to include Shop
4. re-factor ProductAvailabilityModel to have basic information and add sub interface ProductSkuAvailabilityModel which includes the per store inventory calculations
