Revise ProductAvailabilityModel and its use

1. PAM does not take into account first/last order date
2. ProductSearchResultDTO should include first and last order dates
3. Revise usages of productService.getProductBySkuCode() where we only need the availability context of the product (possibly change those to FT search)
