Increase caching timeout

            Description

            Since we have now improved the caching and perform eviction we can now increase the timeouts on caches as the data will generally be up to date anyway.
            For now we will up the limit to 1 hour (as opposed to 10min) on all Product related entities and 1d to all category and shop related entities.
