Show more feature on category lister pages

As a shop owner I would like my customers to be able to see products from "next page" of results without page reload or moving away from current position, to have "infinite listing"-like behaviour. This is not to confuse with infinite scroll as I would like to preserve the footer functionality as is.

Nice to have: I would like to be able to switch on/off pagination, show-more, page size and page sort options using shop attributes.

TD: enable AJAX load of "next page" to be appended to the category listing when hovering over the "Show more" button for desktops or onclick for mobile.
